RELAND is a rural proptech founded in 2023, dedicated to transforming the rural real estate market in Brazil and South America. Our mission is to facilitate investor access to the vast potential of rural lands by offering a modern and innovative platform for buying and selling properties. We view rural properties as secure, long-lasting, and highly valuable assets. Our platform provides advanced tools, such as carbon potential evaluation, detailed property suitability analysis, and asset comparison. Additionally, we are pioneers in enabling Bitcoin transactions for rural properties. We operate on a commission-based model, with no need for subscription plans. We currently have around 20 partnered real estate agencies and over 5,000 properties listed, covering 4 million hectares and totaling over $16 billion in assets. Our vision is to become the leading reference for rural property search and pricing in Brazil and across South America, efficiently and transparently connecting buyers and sellers.
