Terms of Use of RELAND

1. About this Agreement

These terms of use establish a service agreement provided by RELAND, forming a contract between you and JULIO WERNER MOREIRA MUHLBAUER DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE LTDA (RELAND).

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 All content presented on RELAND, including texts, images, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of RELAND or our partners. You agree not to use or reproduce this content without prior written authorization.

3. Changes to the Terms

3.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the website or via email notification. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms and accept the modifications; otherwise, you must cease using the Service.

4. Account Termination

4.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we suspect fraudulent or harmful activities.

5. Buying and Selling Properties

5.1 Responsibilities

RELAND provides a platform for showcasing rural properties to increase the number of leads for property owners, real estate agencies, and brokers.

RELAND is not responsible for mediating negotiations between the advertiser and the prospective buyer.

5.2 Service Fees

5.2.1 Buyer

For buyers, RELAND is free to use for searching and prospecting properties. There are no costs for property buyers.

5.2.2 Advertiser

RELAND does not charge for listing properties on the platform. A commission fee is charged on the total negotiated value of the property, as outlined in the table below.

Note: If you have a customized commission contract, this table does not apply. Please check the terms of purchase and sale in your account.

Advertisers must provide proof of sale, such as a purchase agreement (CCV) or deed, to confirm the negotiated property value.

The commission fee is paid by the advertiser. Payment in installments is possible, depending on the payment terms chosen by the buyer.

If the property is sold to a lead originating from the RELAND platform, the advertiser must notify the platform via email at [email protected] to arrange for the commission fee.
