RELAND Terms of Use

1. About the terms

These Terms of Use establish a service agreement provided by RELAND, forming an agreement between you and RELAND RURAL REAL ESTATE LTDA, registered under CNPJ No. 63.350.606/0001-77 and CRECI/SP No. 052219-J, headquartered at Sítio São Francisco, s/n, Bairro Palmital, Município de Timburi, SP, CEP 18.869-899, hereinafter referred to as RELAND.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 All content presented on RELAND, including texts, images, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of RELAND or its partners. You agree not to use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior and express written authorization from RELAND.

3. Changes to the Terms

3.1 RELAND reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the website or by email notification. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review these Terms and, if they do not agree with the modifications, to cease using the Service.

4. Account Termination

4.1 RELAND reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at any time, in the event of a violation of these Terms or suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.

5. Purchase and sale of properties

5.1 Responsibilities

RELAND acts as a platform for showcasing rural properties, with the aim of increasing visibility and lead generation for owners, real estate agencies, and brokers.

RELAND acts as a licensed real estate agency (CRECI/SP No. 052219-J), performing technical and operational intermediation in real estate negotiations conducted through the platform. Unlike generic advertisement portals, RELAND is committed to ensuring legal security and transparency of transactions, providing the necessary assistance to the parties involved in accordance with the rules of the COFECI/CRECI system.

5.2 Service Pricing

5.2.1 Buyer

The use of the platform is free for buyers, who can search for and prospect properties at no cost.

5.2.2 Advertiser

RELAND does not charge to advertise properties on the platform. However, there is a commission fee on the total negotiated value of the property, according to the table below:

Note: If a customized contract regarding the commission value exists, this table does not apply. Consult the specific purchase and sale terms in your account.

The advertiser must provide proof of sale, such as the purchase and sale agreement (CCV) or the deed, to validate the negotiated value.

The payment of the commission is the responsibility of the advertiser and can be paid in installments, according to the payment method agreed upon with the buyer.

In the event of a property sale originating from the RELAND platform, the advertiser must communicate the occurrence via email at [email protected] for the collection of the corresponding commission.
